What is Musculoskeletal Medicine?

Musculoskeletal (MSK) Medicine involves the diagnosis and treatment of patients with neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction, disorders and diseases. Most of these patients present with acute or chronic pain problems.

What does a Musculoskeletal Specialist do?

Musculoskeletal Specialists are medically trained doctors who deal with nerve, muscle, and bone injuries or illnesses that affect how you move, or cause you pain. By taking the whole body into account, they are able to accurately pinpoint problems and enhance performance - without surgery.
